Scope
There wasn't one company-wide dimensions standard for the wheels, it caused a lot of compatibility problems. Every new wheel project was designed "From scratch", and I had to put an end to it.
Challenges
- Gathering marketing data and user feedback on popular wheels and tires
- Testing new standard wheel with tires and axles (assembly, compatibility, reliability, etc.)
- Working with a dozen Shenzhen-based engineers to ensure new standard adoption

- Realistic 1:10 scale copy of the licensed Mickey Tompson wheel
